The Pigskin Page

COLLEGE FOOTBALL (2017)

INFORMATION: The Pigskin Page has been attempting to assist college football officials, high school football officials using NCAA rules and football officials from foreign countries. I lost track of the number of foreign countries many years ago. In the past several years, others have done a lot more in updating the Pigskin Page than yours truly. Two of those that joined the crew when the Pigskin Page started to take off and without them there would no longer be a Pigskin Page are the following:

Mike Wise: Mike is a retired FBI Agent and did his oficiating in Texas. He started off with providing plays and proofreading all information going to the web site and ended up being the Video Clipper. I attempted to forward as many complimentary emails as time permitted when I received emails from officials praising the quality and usefullness of the video clips. It was second to none based on emails received. You would also have noticed that he injected humor into some of his writeups.

Jerry Faust: Jerry is a retired Professor Emeritus and did most of his officiating in Massachusetts. He also started off with providing plays and proofreading all information going to the web site. He took extra time to carefully review the sentence structure for ease of understanding the plays and rulings. When cranking out stuff for the web site, it was damn easy to make mistakes. And if I made a mistake, my email inbox would light up. Jerry prevented this from happening.

There were many others that provided plays and supported the Pigskin Page over the years. The NCAA was of absolutely zero help.
